Hi. I'm a newbie here so I hope I'm posting in the right place!  I'm about to finish up assembling our l-129f package and have a question about the form. In the Parents Information section there is no place to indicate if parents are deceased. What is the best way to document this information?   Thanks!!

I have another question.  The instructions ask specifically for evidence of meeting in person in the last 2 years. We have been together multiple times in that time period and I have plenty of documentation. However, I am reading examples from others that included a detailed letter describing when and how they met, how they became engaged, etc..  Is this really necessary?

Thanks in advance!

its a supplement to one of the questions. We bullet pointed when we met, the subsequent the 6 trips and length, plus when we met each others' families. No need to romanticise the story, the adjudicators just need the facts.

Evidence of meeting would include boarding passes, passport stamps, credit card statements, hotel receipts etc. Photos are useful but they are secondary evidence. We includes photos with each others' families

Thank you all again for your help.  I have one last question then I should be ready to file.  In Part 2 of the form, question 12b.  My fiancee's street name in Japan is impossible to fit in this space.  Can I just type "Please see part 8"  and type the street name there?  Thanks again!
