my fiance just got approval notice through USCIS and now its gone to NVC. USCIS received out documents on May 31 2017 and were approved on Nov 28 2017.  I also received a letter I-797 notice of action in mail saying it will take 2-4 weeks for them to process the documents and send me a letter with unique number for the case.  I was told to get the I-134 done. Do i need to send the I-134 to her in Austria or does that stay here with me?

Send the I-134 to Austria with accompanying docs. She will need to present it at her interview. 

You might as well send a new letter of intent (reaffirmation letter) in the unlikely case they ask for that too.

A copy of the original I-129f application packet will also be helpful for her to have.
