My wife has an interview date scheduled for January 9, 2018 in Port-au-Prince, Haiti.

I was checking the Department of State website concerning preparing for the interview and it mentioned something about registering for a courier services inorder to have the passport and visa returned to the applicant after the interview.

I tried to follow some of the links but ended up not getting anything.

Is there a particular way to register for a courier service or will that information be given at the interview?

Thanks.

There seems to be a problem registering on that site. I've tried several times over the past week and I keep getting the error message below.

I contacted ustraveltraveldocs.com support and was finally able to create a username and password.

A DHL pickup location in Haiti was chosen. My wife will print the confirmation and bring it to the interview.

It took about a week of emailing back and forth with ustraveltraveldocs.com to get this straighten out but I am glad it is finally resolved. I am also glad that I took care of this right away and not wait at the last moment.

The lesson in all this is to plan ahead and to be proactive.
