Case Is Ready To Be Scheduled For An Interview As of January 18, 2018, we are ready to schedule your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status, Receipt Number MS

They got my package on december 22nd, have my biometrics on the 24th and a second one for my EAD on the 26th...is this normal?? My EAD letter also came in my married name, and my aos biometrics letter

Yep. my case was updated online to ready to schedule interview. Then a week or so later it was updated again online with a scheduled interview and said the date. The next day I got the official letter

Nope! I guess California Service Center is just faster in processing EADs? But for I-485 they are still stuck in April 2015 or something like that.

For future reference,  when you use mobile site,  signature is not visible. You'll have to "Request Desktop Site"

11/13/2017 Received Date (Priority Date)

11/21/2017 Received 4 e-mails & 4 text notifications (01:30 AM EST); checks cashed

11/28/2017 Received 4 NOA1 hard copies

12/09/2017 Received Biometrics Appointment Letter (for i-485 and i-765)

12/21/2017 Biometrics Appointment

01/08/2018 **I-765 and I-131 Approved** (61 days)

01/16/2018 %%Received combo card%% (tracking shows USCIS sent it on Jan 11 from MO, then Jan 15 USPS closed for MLK day) 

01/20/2018 Received approval letters for EAD and AP

09/20/2018 Received text 'Interview was scheduled' and interview notice will be mailed

09/27/2018 Received Interview notice by mail

10/25/2018 Interview day

10/26/2018 I-485 case status updated to "We ordered your new card"

10/29/2018 Case Status updated to "We approved your Form I-485"

10/31/2018 Case Status updated to "We mailed your new card"

11/01/2018 My card was picked up by the USPS with tracking number assigned

11/05/2018 Green Card Received 

 

Side note: I turned my maiden name into second middle name. In the combo card, my given name is First Firstmiddleinitial, however on the back of the card, they attempted to list my second middle name.

Hey, what picture did they use for your EAD card if you haven’t done biometrics yet?

I believe they used the photos I submitted in the I-485 package (since I filed I-485, I-765 and I-131 together)? As for fingerprint, my combo card has a box with "no fingerprint available" written in the lower right corner

hi all yesterday i got a purple courtesy letter from uscis about the medical exam i693. just a reminder to bring the form at the interview.

What the status "Case Is Ready To Be Scheduled For An Interview" mean?? Does it imply 

- All forms (i-130, i-765,i-485) have been reviewed, deemed complete and no further evidence needed? 
- FBI background clearance is complete?

Your case is ready for interview, wait for the mail. Do u have ead already?

Hi everyone, last week a recruiter reached me through linkedin, and the company invited me to an interview on Tuesday. Today, I got a call from the company and they told that I got the job. I just called uscis and made a request to expedite, let's see what happens.

Removal of Conditions

02/06/2021: Filed and package sent

02/10/2021: Received by USCIS

03/18/2021: NOA 1

07/01/2021: Biometrics waived

09/27/2011: Case approved, no interview (K1 visa)

Service Center: WAC

Same here, got that courtesy letter last saturday. My case is ready to be scheduled. Hoping soon!

10/30/2017 | I-130 Package sent via UPS to USCIS. Was initially going to do consular processing.

11/06/2017 | NOA1 Priority Date Nov 6, 2017

12/06/2017 | AOS package sent (EAD, and AP as well). I decided to do concurrent filing/ AOS instead of consular processing. The lawyer I consulted scared me initially about AOS and that concurrent is more a sure thing, but I already work here in US under TN and did not enter with intent to marry.

12/11/2017 | AOS package received and received NOA1 for them all about a week later

12/30/2017 | Biometrics Appointment letter received 

01/08/2018 | Biometrics Appointment

01/12/2018 | RFE Received. (I forgot to have my husband sign the affidavit of support. Seriously OMG. I looked everything over 20 times.) Mailed the signed page back 01/13/2018.

01/25//2018 | RFE received. Case update says they will now continue reviewing my case. I was worried I would be sent to back of the line because of the RFE, but it didnt because 6 days later it changed to ready to interview!

01/31/2018 | Online- "case is ready to be scheduled!" Yipee!

02/10/2018 Online case update Interview date May 1!!!!

I did not send my medical exam.I submitted AOS package early december. (1-130 in november, PD nov 6). I just did my exam 2 weeks ago and I got a courtesy letter to bring the exam to the interview when its scheduled. My case is ready for interview, no date yet.
