They got my package on december 22nd, have my biometrics on the 24th and a second one for my EAD on the 26th...is this normal?? My EAD letter also came in my married name, and my aos biometrics letter

Yep. my case was updated online to ready to schedule interview. Then a week or so later it was updated again online with a scheduled interview and said the date. The next day I got the official letter

I think you gotta wait until you receive the biometric appointment letter. Then, you can walk in go the Application Support Center to get biometric done.

11/08/2017 AOS Package (I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131) sent via USPS - Chicago Lockbox

                      (Priority Mail - USPS autocorrected zipcode to 60680-4187)

11/12/2017 Package delivered (Delayed due to USPS mistakenly took it to 60624 and Veteran's Day) 

11/13/2017 Received Date (Priority Date)

11/21/2017 Received 4 e-mails & 4 text notifications (01:30 AM EST); checks cashed

11/28/2017 Received 4 NOA1 hard copies

12/09/2017 Received Biometrics Appointment Letter (for i-485 and i-765)

12/21/2017 Biometrics Appointment

01/08/2018 **I-765 and I-131 Approved** (61 days)

01/16/2018 %%Received combo card%% (tracking shows USCIS sent it on Jan 11 from MO, then Jan 15 USPS closed for MLK day) 

01/20/2018 Received approval letters for EAD and AP

09/20/2018 Received text 'Interview was scheduled' and interview notice will be mailed

09/27/2018 Received Interview notice by mail

10/25/2018 Interview day

10/26/2018 I-485 case status updated to "We ordered your new card"

10/29/2018 Case Status updated to "We approved your Form I-485"

10/31/2018 Case Status updated to "We mailed your new card"

11/01/2018 My card was picked up by the USPS with tracking number assigned

11/05/2018 Green Card Received 

 

Side note: I turned my maiden name into second middle name. In the combo card, my given name is First Firstmiddleinitial, however on the back of the card, they attempted to list my second middle name.

hi I receive almost the same request for initial evidence that you they ask me for my foreign birth certificate and a english translation, and the proof that I enter to the Usa, I send a copy of the page in my passport with my Visa and a copy of the page were they put the stamp when I arrive to the Usa at the airport, I send it too my form I-94 copy. you can go to this page https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/ and print the form.

 

read carefully what they are asking you to send it you have 87 days since you got your notification to response the RFI. I send my response yesterday and they recive it today.

hey all,

 

I'm sending out my AOS package soon. Did any of you decide to not send the I-693 (medical examination), and wait to take it to interview? If so, has anyone actually got a RFE for not sending in the medical with the package? I don't want it to expire, so would rather wait to take it to interview. However, I don't want to risk an RFE and risk delaying my EAD/AP!

02/14/18 - Married :wub: 

03/02/18 - AOS Sent 

04/02/18 - Biometrics appointment @ Field Office

04/16/18 - Courtesy letter received re: Medical

07/17/18 - EAD card in production, AP approved

07/21/18  - Combo card in hand

10/18/18 - GC Interview  (Approved on the spot)

I know @EvieMN didn't send the I-693 and got a letter to bring it to the interview.

Already submitted RFIE response. Don't have EAD/AP yet.

Is there still December filers waiting for biometrics letter? I filed December 18th with notice date December 27th. I received the hard copies January 2nd and nothing else.

 

Is this normal?

You mean if you received your hard copies/NOA1, the biometric appointment is not yet included? Coz I’m just waiting for our hard copies also

I received the receipt notices with the case tracker numbers. But still no biometrics letter.

As of January 18, 2018, we are ready to schedule your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status, Receipt Number MSCXXXXXXX, for an interview. We will schedule your interview and send you a notice. Please follow any instructions in the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

 

It seems my package was complete!!!!
