Thanks, filing from Houston.

I'm also filing from Houston but I thought case processing was delayed to at least 12 months wait time. Could you please share more details? What status were you before filing AOS? Was it family based?

Me too! @Shygirl09 is so lucky! I think she's marriage based AOS too since her rfie was a request for I-130A. I thought us Houston filers take at least a year until we get an interview.

I know!! This is so lucky to get it done within a few months. Maybe she has a special case like spouse is deployed soon etc. All of the people I know in Houston or Dallas waited at least a year tho!

BTW, how is your RFIE? Did you see it yet?

I’m marriage based , filled i765, i130 and i485 concurrently. I also heard the same about Houston and I wasn’t expecting my interview this soon, I was looking forward to my EAD but I guess God was looking out for me🙂.

What are you planning to bring as evidence? I have my interview March 26 and Im going around in circles for this as we haven't done things like lease name change and all that jazz

Right now, I have our pictures, lease agreement ,utility bill and a joint bank account statement which we don’t use anymore, we haven’t taken any trips because I can get out of the country, but I’m going to see my attorney today so he can put me through. You can find whatever bill you both have your names on. I will keep you posted when I see my attorney.

Please do.. the only thing we have in both of our names is an old bank account.. we don't have any other paperwork as we were waiting for my EAD to decide if we were going to move or not, so we just left everything in his name.. We thought that the interview would take around 6 months to get scheduled so I was not worried about these things...

Live, love, laugh.. and try not to think too much about USCIS
