Dec 18 2017: Received by USCIS

Dec 26 2017: NOA1 received in the mail

Jan 12 2018: Biometrics appointment letter received

Jan 25 2018: Biometrics appointment completed

 

In and out in 15 minutes, actually out before my appointment time. Nice and easy. USPS Informed Delivery shows something from USCIS due in today... hoping it's nothing bad.

December 15: received by USCIS 

December 26: notice of action (receipt)

January 12: biometrics appointment letter

 January 26: biometrics done 

 

 

 my appointment was at 1pm today but I went in around 10am, it was really fast, was done in 10min......... patiently waiting now

I received my Rfe in the mail, it says : submit a completed and signed 1-130a, supplemented information for spousal beneficiary from the spouse beneficiary. My attorney is out of town and won’t be back until February 20th. Does anyone know if I can fill this form on my own and send it to Uscis? Or do I wait for my attorney to be back😢?

I did it myself that’s only biographical information of your spouse parents name, date of birth and where he work and lives the past 5 years.
