I also find it hilarious that some of our lefty friends on here are now claiming to care about the national debt.  That is hysterically ironic.

 

 

 

  You can search my post's if you want. I have been consistent in this for the 10 years I have been posting here, and much longer than that IRL. I think conservatives are the ones that actually a bit off on this. Every time a bill like this comes around, it's apparent they are talking out both sides about decreasing the debt. The reality of what they have done is on the record. It's up to every individual to come to terms with that, but pretending conservatives ever cared more about the national debt than liberals is really an asinine and duplicitous position to take.

 

  Your assertion that the tax bill is "simple math" is the same problem conservative legislators seem to be having. It's not simple math, and that's a very superficial approach to a complex issue. People need to be smarter than that.
