Finally had our interview after waiting a year. Priority date Dec 11.2017

the interview was last week, they did not give us any decision and our online status didn’t update.    Now what?

What did they say at the end of your interview?

Hey!

I use: https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov

You should check the phone ap too. Uscis case tracker.

Are you typing in the correct # such as MSC..........

Just an fyi somewhere mid my waiting time so a few months in which was a few months ago my case tracker just sat in error aswell. I was told its  it a  issue and just to wait ...it took about a year for my interview to get scheduled so if yours is in error dont worry its just their computer system it doesnt actually effect your case.  I was also told they have two systems and need to transfer people from one to the other so maybe thats why..im really not sure ?

Thanks for answering!!

Good to hear that the error message shows on every case and not just mine haha. I have been waiting a year now and nothing yet. Hopefully, it will come soon!

Thanks again.

Just wait; they cannot always give you a decision if the person interviewing you was not the main officer. They need to bring their decision to the decision maker, and then it can take a while until it gets updated.

In my case, I got approved on the spot, but it still took over a week to get anything on my online status, so I wouldn't worry too much about this. Give it another week at least before you even start worrying. (easier said than done, I know)

just be patient, we had our interview on Dec 6th and no decision at the interview, he said he was waiting for our file to show up just to verify everything. we were notified about 2 -3 weeks later that we were approved and recieved our card about a week later. Hang in there just a little bit longer.

Getting a bit scared. We filed on December 28th, 2017.

Last update we got was January 2018.

Everything is getting harder to keep up with as we just found out my wife is pregnant.

I do not want her to get shipped back to the Philippines. I want them to interview her already!
