Would this be your original I-94 when you came into the country using your K1 visa. Or would this be the I-94 # when you came back from leaving the country on holidays?

For 21.a, 22, and 23 answer with most recent entry (the holidays, in example above). For 24 answer "AOS Applicant w/ Advance Parole." For 25 answer "Pending AOS under Section 245 of the Act."

Thank you so much-  i went to mexico and I am assuming I would write in Mexico where it asks Place of your last arrival into united states. Instead of Chicago (where I live)? Sorry the wording sort of confuses me sometimes!

I have not posted in a long time.

FINALLY! My status changed to "Interview has been scheduled". Next week will make it one year since i applied for AOS. I guess Chicago is a busy city. Just a few questions.

1. I have a joint house lease, Joint car insurance, Joint bank statement, Joint Phone bills and A picture Album. Will that be enough to show proof of joint relationship with my spouse? Or do i need more than that. I have read on other posts where people took in loads and loads of documents. Does it really matter?

2.How soon will the interview letter get to my mail box after my status changed online?

Hey everyone,

I just got an email on December 4th that they have scheduled my interview (we applied december 18 2017) so its been about 1 year.

The case tracker updated aswell a couple days later which is funny because my care tracker for aos has said that my status cannot be updated ..it was pretty much a lost cause but ita finally updated yay!

Waiting on the letter. Curious when our interview date will be :)

its crazy because i literally applied for renewal or ead and ap last week...maybe that triggered something who knows !! Kinda annoying i had to pay to courier it and than a few days later got the aos interview alert  but hey what can you do!
