Hey fellow Decemberites! :)

Heads up from Virginia, light at the end of my tunnel.

I got the email 3 days ago:
As of August 28th we scheduled your interview.

All trackers updated to "Interview was scheduled", so now I'm waiting for the letter with the date.

My field office is Norfolk, VA!

Good luck for everyone still waiting. Seems like there are really not much of us from 12/2017 left!

Congrats!

Thanks!
I see we are in the same field office! Did you hear anything?

Still waiting for my interview to be scheduled but my case updated on the DHS website on August 23rd from “we received your response to RFIE,” to “Case Ready to Be Scheduled For an Interview” as of March 29th 2018. I should be next on the line hopefully. I wonder if you ever received such an update before the interview scheduled update.

No, my status went from "Fingerprint fee received" to "Interview was scheduled".

Unfortunately they don't process in order of incoming like they say. I just saw a K1 AOS on my K1 group. They filed in January in Norfolk and had their interview a few days ago.
Also an AOS from B2 from a high fraud country... filed in Norfolk in January and got interview in MAY! (Man I was irritated haha).

I finally got an update that "As of August 28, 2018, we are ready to schedule your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status".
Is there anyone here from the December 2017 AOS out there still waiting to see this updated on their case status? I feel like I'm the only one left in this forum waiting on this. Also, for all of you who is already on this step... how long did it take for you to actually hear from them regarding the interview date? I haven't gotten any official letter in the mail, just an email saying there was an update on my case and that they are ready to schedule the interview.  Any responses would be so greatly appreciated!

Similar stuff here in Metro Atlanta. Someone who had an interview within 3 months and she was from this March I think.

I'm from September 11th and no interview. But someone else from Metro Atlanta had to wait a year and a month for the interview, so I hope I will be getting my interview letter soon.

Yeah, and they state on the page with the processing times, that they process all AOS in incoming order, hahah!

Good luck for you!!!

Hello guys! No changes since May, when I got my combocard. I am considering to renew it soon, as it takes soooooo long and no signs of GC (since March, ready to be scheduled for an interview).

Same i read you have to renew work permits 180 days prior to expiry so thats 6 months. Mine expires April 2019 so im thinking by october i should be applying to renew ...seems like such a waste but how much would it suck if we dont get a gc by than and didnt renew!

Had our interview last Monday at Miami office. It lasted about 20 minutes. There was a bit of confusion initially because apparently there was a clerical error made that made it seem that we didn't get married within our 90days. It turns out they may have confused the K-1 visa approval date with my date of entry. IO essentially went through the entire application asking each question. Also asked how we met, what do we do. We both had to sign a form due to our marriage being "young" (i.e. less than 1 or 2 years). In terms of evidence all that was requested was evidence of cohabitation/co-mingling of finances. We submitted our joint 2017 tax transcript with supporting docs (W2, job letter, pay stubs), lease addendum adding me on as co-resident, insurance records showing I was added as spouse and beneficiary, utility bills (electric & cell phone), pictures including pictures from the beginning of our relationship to our honeymoon. He asked about the medical and I reminded him that we submitted the AOS within a year of our medical and vaccination record was sent with AOS app. He said that he is recommending our case for approval but there is a secondary "quality assurance" check that a supervisor has to do and come to the same conclusion for final approval. He said that should take 3-4 days. There has been no change to our status in any of the case trackers or myUSCIS yet so we're still waiting. However, myUSCIS status wasn't updated to "interview scheduled" till the actual day of the interview so I may just get the decision in the mail, lol.

Same timeline and situation here.  Patiently waiting and expecting to start EAD renewal paperwork by halloween.

I crossed in November submitting my medical at the border.  Since November is near, does my medical expire 1yr from submission?  Or does it matter since I've already submitted for AOS?  I heard some people were getting warnings their medical had expired.
