Hello!!! I haven't been there for a long time as well:) My work is wasting all my time, i cannot find time to write here... Mine is stuck "case is ready to be scheduled" since january, and honestly I am not expecting it soon, since my office is one of the busiest ones. Soo, i am not thinking anything about aos process right now, ead gave me the chance to live my life like a normal resident. So, when interview comes, it comes. I wish everyone good luck here, and hope that aos process will finalize without any problems, and as soon as it can for everyone. I will inform you guys when my interview is scheduled. Take care everybody!!

I noticed your timeline says field office is Los Angeles or is it San Fernando? How long is the wait? , we are Los Angeles. I am glad you are so relaxed, it is definitely nice to be finally working. We are February, I was hoping to get interview by September.

It is SFV, but it is not in the list in VJ, so the best option is LA office. I requested several times for it to be added, but no luck. Anyway, good luck in your aos journey!!

We had our interview last week at the San Diego field office.  As I mentioned in a previous post, we have had no updates to our case past "Fingerprint Fee Received".  All of a sudden the appointment letter showed up.  We kind of scrambled to get everything together but we did it.  Interview lasted about 25 minutes.  We went in together and did all questions together.  The officer was very young and was very nice.  He asked a lot of questions about our application and then asked about our relationship (how we met, where we live, questions about our condo, etc).  Then he asked to see what documents we brought.  The letter said to bring copies of everything we submitted with our application and he didn't even touch it.  We showed him our joint account info (phone bill & electric bill) as well as my 401k showing my husband as the beneficiary and our 2017 tax return which we filed jointly.  We brought some photos of us since he arrived in the US and the officer asked us to tell him about each one (who was with us, where was it taken, etc).  He said that as of today (last Thursday) my husband is officially a US Resident and he'll get his greencard in the next couple weeks.  So glad it's done and we don't have to do anymore paperwork for 2 years.  For those of you with busy field offices or people who haven't had any movement on your case, have faith!  The processing times for San Diego are 12-16 months and we waited 8 and never received any case updates.

Congratulations!!! My interview is in 2 weeks. I pray all goes well

It sure does!  Especially since we thought we were not going to do this until early next year.  Glad it's over and we don't need to deal with this stuff for 2 years.  Hope all is well!

Surprisingly, checked the mailbox today and received our interview notice! Scheduled for September. No updates on either of the tracker apps, myUSCIS still shows "scheduling your interview" and USCIS main page case tracker still has that "unable to provide you with information on your case" status.

Cooooongratulations! You made it! :)

My K1 was approved today one year ago. Good reason to send me a notification for interview. Too bad USCIS doesn't care haha

So.... nothing new here!

Are you still getting the texts that say they haven't touched your file since  XXXX?  We got them all the way up to the day we received the notice.  Once AOS was approved our online account finally updated.   Are you going to have to do medical again?  I don't know how the whole thing works with that.

Hi Guys, my case still shows "ready to be scheduled" but date is updated from january to March. Do you think it is a good sign? Explanations are slightly different, before it was like "we have an excessive number of interviews, you may not hear soon, bla bla". But it is now "we will schedule your interview" . I hope it is a good sign!!

Hey do you have a screen shot of the previous message that talks of the high volume of interview to be scheduled? I just want to compare and maybe see if they come from the same website. I also have that same update on my I-485 case file. Thanks in advance!
