Why am I seeing so many interviews scheduled and Green Card approvals but my wife hasn't heard anything yet?

I'm in the Navy, I tried to expedite the process and nothing happened even though I'm going on deployment. They told me that her case might go a bit faster because I'm military but I feel that was a lie.

The validity of the medical for the K-1 is different. Here is a recent thread:

There is also a separate thread for those of us doing "Adjustment of Status from Work, Student, & Tourist Visas":

This thread is "Adjustment of Status (Green Card) from K1 and K3 Family Based Visas"

Make an account here and search here as well - https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/ - this one was more accurate for us.

We were in the same boat with a date of December 18th.  Tracked the case, no updates, weekly emails say that there are no updates on our case and it was last updated on March 16th.  Two weeks ago, we got an interview letter in the mail.  Case never updated...  Maybe the same will happen to you.  Keep an eye on your mailbox!

Forget it. Unless you expedite successfully there is no preferred treatment for spouses of service members. That's a fairytale.
My husband is military as well. Good luck for you to have your stuff done soon! :)

Since I haven't been on here for a few months: HELLO EVERYBODY! :)
I'm still stuck with "fingerprint fee received", my useless "no update" mails are saying the case was touched last in April.
I filed on Dec 17th and had my Combocard middle of May.

Hopefully all of us Decemberites will be due soon! Good luck for all of you!

Hello!!! I haven't been there for a long time as well:) My work is wasting all my time, i cannot find time to write here... Mine is stuck "case is ready to be scheduled" since january, and honestly I am not expecting it soon, since my office is one of the busiest ones. Soo, i am not thinking anything about aos process right now, ead gave me the chance to live my life like a normal resident. So, when interview comes, it comes. I wish everyone good luck here, and hope that aos process will finalize without any problems, and as soon as it can for everyone. I will inform you guys when my interview is scheduled. Take care everybody!!
