Still no updated on EAD/AP... PD is December 4th, 2017, currently at 162 days.

But my interview is scheduled! Interview is on 6/14. So it seems like I'm getting my interview before EAD/AP. Ha!

Absolutely, SarahMV. Congratulations on your interview. It might be a big relief that the end of this long waiting is so close!

Definitely. Thank you!  I hear once interview is done, green card can come out pretty soon after that, so it's a great news. Good to know something is moving forward haha gives a little burden off my shoulders since it looks like I'm going to lose my job at the end of this month!

Hopefully you will get your EAD too. It's better if you don't lose your job! They are working really close to us. In any moment we'll get it! You'll see!

Finger crossed and best wishes!

I second this question!

Thanks!

I created an account here and activated text and email notifications:

https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/

I've also installed this app (but you need to manually refresh by clicking the "Refresh" button on the upper right corner (the aforementioned site notifies before the app though, with more details):

Hi Guys, just want to share an update.  Im getting a little frustrated with EAD/AP because Im almost at 5 months mark but got a good news today.  I received a text from USCIS that my I-485 is ready for interview.

PD: Dec 20, 2017 (I-485, I-131, I-765)
Adjusting from K1
Chicago Office
Biometrics: 1/26/18
I-485: Case-ready for interview as 5/15/18
EAD and Advance Parole: Still case received

Questions, How long does it usually take to have interview date? We've been waiting for AP because we want to book our ticket. Are they still going to process the AP/EAD?

Dont book anything immigration is never the same for anyone..so you cant rely on other peoples responses.

I've been on "ready to schedule interview since January 31 (that's almost 4 months)

Some people like above poster get an interview fast. I wish you luck.

@Doug&Rhea, as @Marzena & Stephen said, you can't completely rely on what is happening for others.  Until you get the letter that states your Interview is scheduled, it could take awhile, or you could get the letter tomorrow.  It can be very frustrating.

Nothing either, day 164. Got "we are still reviewing your case" email notification. LOL.

Please share what a level 2 officer says about this ridiculous waiting haha

He basically told me that unfortunately the office that my case is on, is delayed, that I will receive an update really soon in any moment. I created SRs and everything but no responses. But this time, I have a Job Offer, so he recommended me to create an expedite for the case to be view and if they need proof I have a job offer. He added to the note that I need it ASAP. So, he told me the only thing I could do is wait. They don't even have any response or update. -.-" this is crazy. I've been calling them everyday this week! Trust me.

Finger crossed, I hope to receive something soon.

I really need this EAD. I hope you get something soon too! Best wishes!
