Please let me know what the L2 officer tell you. I'm in the exactly situation as you.

Thanks in advance.

Got off the phone with L2 officer, he said my case is with an officer for review, which is the final stage. Nobody knows how long this is going to take (surprise surprise), expedite won't help because it's at its final stage, no way to expedite further. I just need to wait. Lol. We'll see how long this "review" will take!

Maximum it can go is 5 months. Don’t worry. It can’t go beyond this month for sure. These people are humans too. They made a huge mistake on my application. Should hv gotten my ead since March. Just sorted it out and got an apology. Sometimes it’s about luck.

I think it's entirely about luck, unfortunately. Mine has been 5 months, and lv 2 officer was basically saying it says 5 months on the website, but it can take how much ever time it takes with an officer. It's so frustrating.

Hello Folks! I’m so glad to join this thread though I’m a February filer. I just wanted to learn a little bit from the timelines of those adjusting from K1 Visa with Norfolk, Virginia as their field office. Please let us know: Here’s my timeline below:

Application delivered on February 2nd (Chicago Lockbox)

Received SMS and emails for NOA1 on February 11th

Received the hard copies on February 17th

Received an RFIE on March 2nd

Response received by USCIS on March 15th

Received a mysterious text message about an update on my I-485 case on April 7th but hasn’t been able to check my case online since then as each time I try to check, the notorious “user defined error(s) glitch pops up and now it’s just saying invalid case number. I did call USCIS on two separate occasions but they were only able to say that my case is ready to be scheduled for an interview and they are not sure of when this will happen. After reading about filers waiting for more than 1 year before getting an interview date, I just thought it worthwhile sharing my experience and reading about others.

We got the new card being produced notification today on the tracker app! Nothing changed on the Uscis account page (the one with login). Our last update was case received 131 days ago. Also noticed the update just changed for EAD and not AP. Hopefully the combo card arrives. Either way we're so exciting after such a long wait!

Hi all! Just following up on yesterday's post. Today we got the 'case was approved' update on the tracker. It reads: On May 3, 2018, we approved your Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization.

The secured Uscis page updated with yesterday's status: we are producing your card and will mail it to you

🎉

This morning's USPS Informed Delivery says I have 2 letters from USCIS on their way to me. One I am expecting is the EAD for which I got the e-notification last week, the 2nd I'm not sure? Could be the AP? Even though the Case Status online says it hasn't been updated since January...
