Just got an email saying EAD is approved and card is being produced.  Yay!  Nothing about AP and no status update messages about AP yet but I suspect it'll come soon.

"New Card Is Being Produced" just came in as email for the case number of my EAD. So relieved, yay!

anyone in Dec. get an RFE and still waiting or actually got approved?

 

K1 visa adventure 

02/20/2017- I-129F packet send to Dallas

02/22/2017- I-129F packet delivered

02/28/2017-- check cashed

03/01/2017-- NOA1 text and email received transferred to (CSC)

03/06/2017-- NOA1 hard copy received in the mail.

05/23/2017 -- Notified RFE

06/16/2017 -- Replied RFE

06/19/2017 -- CSC Received reply

06/26/2017-- Approved 

06/30/2017-- received NOA2

07/10/2017-- NVC Recived case

07/11/2017-- Case number assigned

08/14/2017-- Interview ( APPROVED )

 

AOS

11/29/17- Packet sent to Chicago lockbox ( I-485, I-765, I-131 included)

12/1/2017- recieved packet

12/6/2017 NOA1 text and email recieved

12/8/2017 NOA1 Hard copy recieved

12/26/2017 Biometrics done

03/31/2018 RFE - I-131

04/19/2018 Approved I-765, I-131 ( EAD & AP )

04/26/2018 Received combo card in mail

12/06/2018 Interview done - no decision

12/27/2018  APPROVED - card being produced

Good for you!! I've been obsessed with it once it hit 90 days... haha before 90 days, I didn't check it at all lol But now i've done everything I could, and seeing so many people who filed at later dates getting approval, I'm getting so anxious!

That's because there was a time that people were getting approved before 90 days!  Those days are gone :(  But I think you'll get an update by next week for sure!  You too @TearsOfBabylon

Those were old days when it was approved in 90 days haha thank you! I sincerely hope so :( congrats on your approval btw!! That's awesome!

Got another "we are still reviewing your case, no activity" email, last action was taken 12/8. It went back in time! how great lol the same email i received last month has 3/14 was when the last action was taken haha..

I guess one thing I haven't tried is contacting Ombudsman office.... is it worth it to try? Should I contact them or just wait it out... :( 

I don't know. I haven't done any kind of inquiry yet.
Might be pointless anyways, since w"are in normal processing times" still. The date on the site is November 17th or so... So I guess it doesn't make sense anyways.

Hello!

Same for me, haven't done any kind of inquiry yet.

As you said we are still in "normal processing times"... but I mind try to contact the Ombudsman if in two weeks I am still waiting.
