Just got an email saying EAD is approved and card is being produced.  Yay!  Nothing about AP and no status update messages about AP yet but I suspect it'll come soon.

Just got an email saying EAD is approved and card is being produced.  Yay!  Nothing about AP and no status update messages about AP yet but I suspect it'll come soon.

8/14/17 --- AOS sent I-485, I-765, I-131

8/16/17 --- AOS Packet received Chicago USCIS Day 0

8/21/17  --- Received email & text notification 

8/23/17  --- Received hard copy of NOA  

9/01/17  --- Biometrics letter notice for I-485 & I-765 & I-131  

9/11/17  --- Biometrics Appointment Done

10/17/17 - Case Is Ready To Be Scheduled For An Interview

11/30/2017 - EAD/AP Approved
12/01/2017 - Card in Production
12/05/2017 - Received Approval Notice in the Mail
12/06//2017 - Card Mailed (Priority Mail) to Me
12/07/2017 - Card Received 

1/19/18  --- Interview Date 2/21

2/21/18  ---  Approved on the Spot

  • 1 hour after the interview received uscis mobile app alert
  • Status changed from "Interview is scheduled" to "New Card Is Being Produced

2/26/18  --- Received hard copy of NOA for the Green Card

2/26/18  --- USCIS Mobile Status changed to "Card was mailed to me"

2/28/18 --- Permanent Resident/Green Card received :jest:

That's what we are thinking since we requested an expedite and our Senator contacted USCIS on our behalf in regards to AP.  Thanks!

Thanks!  I just checked the USCIS/DHS website and it still shows case received with no updates.  But the USCIS tracker is updated.  So much reliability!

My K1 is still "Petition received" :D :D

Wish me luck that I wake up to WHATEVER! :D

Ha!  Ours still says that they received our response to the RFE we got in September.  It's unreal... Makes me wonder where those 6 emails you get are coming from....

I think it's because I have email alert activated in the case tracker and the new tracker site. 
Only explain for me!

Hello everyone. Here is my timeline, briefly with the NBC:

 

Marriage: November 2017

NOA for I485: 12/18/2017

NOA for I765 amd I131: 12/21/2017

Biometrics: 01/24/2017

 

On 02/08/2018 my I485 changed to "Ready to be scheduled for an interview". Nothing new since then. It's really frustrating.

My NOA1 for AOS/EAD/AP is December 18th as well.

Nothing happening here either. Not even the useless status change. I'm stuck with received/received/fingerprint fee received.

Similar boat as you.

Dec13 and bio Jan 12 changed to ready to schedule interview on Jan 31 

Nothing since! This Friday will be 4 months waiting !   I'm not going to start to worry until 5 months as everything is behind now days :)
