For real! Nope, nothing at all. My I-485 says, ready to schedule interview, i-130 and i-765 are both "case received". It's so frustrating and confusing to see everyone in later dates receiving approvals and mine just stopped. :(

We never even got an update for ready to be scheduled for interview... it still says fingerprint fee received. But when we get the email each week is says that there was action taken on our case but we have no idea what it is.  To make it even worse, our first email said last action was March 16th and the latest email said last action was January 23rd.  It's very frustrating.

Lol went backwards in time, that's so weird! I called to request expedite, received the letter "your case is under review", and in the same week, i received a response from my online SR from early March saying "your case is under review, you'll receive decision or further action shortly". That was last week. I contracted congressman and signed release act form, so I've literally exhausted all my resources and did everything i can. So now, back to waiting...

We did the same (expedite) and received the email a day or two later saying it was under review but they never sent the instructions on how/where to send our "burden of proof" documents so I mailed them out last week along with a letter explaining why we were requesting, etc.  We had contacted a senator a couple weeks ago and she requested we let her know when we expedited so she could follow up on our behalf.  I sent her that info today.  We contacted a congressperson last week and never heard anything so that's probably a dead end.  The expedites seem to be taking about a month and at that point we'll pretty much be outside normal processing times so it probably doesn't make much difference at this point but at least we feel like we've done everything we can.

definitely on the same boat with you. Surprisingly, congressman was very quick to respond, so I hope they work on it quickly, but we all know it takes forever for USCIS to even respond. They said they can't expedite it, but they can follow up on my case to see what's going on, so whatever information they can get, i'll take it. Better than nothing. At least I did everything I can so i just pray that I'll receive an approval soon!

Yeah, the problem def. is with USCIS.  Funny story... I am a corporate meeting and event planner and have done work with with lots of government groups ,including the FBI.  Last week I reached out to one of my clients with the FBI in a desperate attempt to see if he could make a call on our behalf.  He was so sweet and even though immigration is not his area (he works in hostage negotiation and has some AMAZING stories!) he reached out to a colleague in the FBI who works with USCIS.  He acknowledge that it was a long shot (we knew that already as well) and his exact words were "without going into too much detail, USCIS is overwhelmed and not customer service oriented. Sad but true"  I had to laugh.  Truer words have never been spoken!

LOL truth right there. (btw working with the FBI, so cool!) It's also so frustrating that there is no rules, it's not like it's first come first serve, since some January filers have already received approvals. They are definitely not customer service oriented, certainly do not care about individuals. I understand they are overwhelmed, but I feel like they really should've developed a better and efficient system by now, but clearly not...

I got the noa i797c today for the AP I submitted on March 31 ..So there is still a chance the ead may come with AP if they were smart they would put the two together. cross my fingers @TearsOfBabylon  thanks for telling me to apply..I kept thinking about it and now I'm happy I did. Even though it's no approval haha

They will come as combocard. But maybe your late application will kick off your case! :) Fingers are crossed for you!
And there is hope. A dear friend of mine, who filed in January and actually has a slow field office got their texts for interview date last night.
So... all these estimated processing times are bullcrap and we can still hope to get something every minute! :)

Day 117 here, nothing new. All cases on "Fingerprint Fee Received/Case Received"

I just read on the Jan filers that the first Feb filer got an interview notice.

Hi all, how long from filing can I hope to receive AP so we can go on honeymoon?

We arent sure right now because some of us still dont have ap or ead and we have been waiting around the 4 month mark some got it in 2 to 3 months and some wait 5 or more months. I wouldnt book anything until you have it in hand. I'd hate for you to waste your money!

I'd highly suggest to wait until you have your Combocard in hand. Do not book anything, it will stress the hell out of you and probably cost money.
Honeymoon won't run away, but the Combocard is unpredictable!
