8/21/17  --- Received email & text notification 

8/23/17  --- Received hard copy of NOA  

9/01/17  --- Biometrics letter notice for I-485 & I-765 & I-131  

9/11/17  --- Biometrics Appointment Done

10/17/17 - Case Is Ready To Be Scheduled For An Interview

11/30/2017 - EAD/AP Approved
12/01/2017 - Card in Production
12/05/2017 - Received Approval Notice in the Mail
12/06//2017 - Card Mailed (Priority Mail) to Me
12/07/2017 - Card Received 

1/19/18  --- Interview Date 2/21

2/21/18  ---  Approved on the Spot

  • 1 hour after the interview received uscis mobile app alert
  • Status changed from "Interview is scheduled" to "New Card Is Being Produced

2/26/18  --- Received hard copy of NOA for the Green Card

2/26/18  --- USCIS Mobile Status changed to "Card was mailed to me"

2/28/18 --- Permanent Resident/Green Card received :jest:

Just got an email saying EAD is approved and card is being produced.  Yay!  Nothing about AP and no status update messages about AP yet but I suspect it'll come soon.

Hello all,  Iooks like most December filers already received ead/ap. Congratulations!  Anyone got a job already? For those who are still waiting...  I deeply understand your frustration and I sincerely hope you receive yours soon. I received mine over a week ago and one advice I want to give you is: start to applying/ networking NOW. Don't wait till after you receive your EAD. Best wishes to everyone

i checked the online case status. It was approved.  It says " card is in production " but it only says that for i765.  For AP it still says name updated.  Hopefully they are both on the same card.  

Most likely you will receive a combo card. Nice congrats

I wonder why you make such a recommendation. No one will be able to work without the work authorization. There are TONS of posts on this topic.

We are 11 days behind you.  Watching everyone get approved all around us.... Have you had any updates at all?  We haven't... everything still saying case received.

For real! Nope, nothing at all. My I-485 says, ready to schedule interview, i-130 and i-765 are both "case received". It's so frustrating and confusing to see everyone in later dates receiving approvals and mine just stopped. :(
