My AP expedite request has been completed. ( On April 4, 2018, your request to have your case expedited, referral number xxxxxxxxxx, was completed). Does Anyone know what that means or what happens next?? I wasn't asked to fax any document nor did i get any phone call. What happens next??

When did you expedite and based on what did u expedite job offer or financial hardship?

I can understand if the petition was for a visa. But we've been through that. He's here. We're married. He wants to work and feel normal. It is frustrating that they are so far behind all of a sudden. :(

Hey!  I remember you in the K1.  We were in the same thread!

Hey yourself!! I remember you too! Congrats on the visa and your marriage. When did y'all get married? Our wedding was October 28th. He arrived on the 20th and we got married 8 days later lol. It was a crazy whirl-wind and we're so happy to be together and just living life together.

How's your wife adjusting to the States?

I totally agree! At this rate, our K1 NOA2 is going to end up being quicker. There is no excuse why it's taking this long.

You were lucky for the K1. My husband's interview was 217 days from NOA1.

Yeah I know! We filed last year in March and got super super lucky. Since then the processing time just increased and increased. We really slipped through.

Hey!  We got married on 7 November, about 3 weeks after POE.   It has been so wonderful being together, and living life. She has adjusted fairly well to living here, since her country is quite eclectic.  She is becoming rather bored, so we try to do morning drives,  and weekend excursions to break the monotony for her.....  I hope we get some sort of news that cases are progressing....  It feels like the K1 all over.....

Hello everybody!

I wanted to ask a question to the ones who applied in December and already received their travel authorization.

All of you did a special request (job offer, ombudsmen or other) or applied for an expedite working authorization?

Is there anybody who just waited and received their combo card already?

Thank you and have a great day!

Emilie

There is no secret or magic, unless you have a pretty specific reason for it, your options is to wait.
