Just got an email saying EAD is approved and card is being produced.  Yay!  Nothing about AP and no status update messages about AP yet but I suspect it'll come soon.

received email this morning from USCIS to check status , went on and saw they want additional evidence on the I-131? very strange !!!!!! then 1 hour later get another email stating still reviewing our case no action yet. So we are very confused as to whats going on. 

K1 visa adventure 

02/20/2017- I-129F packet send to Dallas

02/22/2017- I-129F packet delivered

02/28/2017-- check cashed

03/01/2017-- NOA1 text and email received transferred to (CSC)

03/06/2017-- NOA1 hard copy received in the mail.

05/23/2017 -- Notified RFE

06/16/2017 -- Replied RFE

06/19/2017 -- CSC Received reply

06/26/2017-- Approved 

06/30/2017-- received NOA2

07/10/2017-- NVC Recived case

07/11/2017-- Case number assigned

08/14/2017-- Interview ( APPROVED )

 

AOS

11/29/17- Packet sent to Chicago lockbox ( I-485, I-765, I-131 included)

12/1/2017- recieved packet

12/6/2017 NOA1 text and email recieved

12/8/2017 NOA1 Hard copy recieved

12/26/2017 Biometrics done

03/31/2018 RFE - I-131

04/19/2018 Approved I-765, I-131 ( EAD & AP )

04/26/2018 Received combo card in mail

12/06/2018 Interview done - no decision

12/27/2018  APPROVED - card being produced

hmmmm....  Do you have a copy of your application?  Perhaps you missed an answer or a signature?  Hope it's super quick to fix whatever it is!

yes looked back and everything looks good, will wait a couple of days and see if we get something in the mail. Just very frustrated with the whole process, reading these threads and seeing  that people getting approved and then this.

I just did an account online on https://my.uscis.gov/account/applicant and guess what :  I got the updates I was waiting for online in the other feature : check you case online..
Thanks God.

Congratulations!

 

My case was received 12/4/17, I still have no updates... :( I requested to expedite last week and the case status has request completed, but I didn't receive any email or mail yet. Now I'm seeing approvals from cases filed after I did, I'm so confused and anxious about losing my job. Is anyone who filed early December received EAD yet?

nope a few of us who filed in December are still waiting aswell. I think it will be closer to 4-5 months now days. boo :(

We had ours Monday.  I am interested to know if you get some of the same answers that we get because as I mentioned in my previous post, I'm not totally convinced that we met with an immigration officer and she didn't really seem to know the ins and outs of the process.  I'm glad we went, but I we didn't get much out of it.

Will post an update after my appointment on Friday. I don't have too much hope, but I just have to do everything I can.
