My i765 case tracker said it updated twice   I had my biometrics Jan 12 and the case tracker updated feb 13 and March 15 and the status didn't change I'm at 95 days now.

Day 96 here. Nothing either!

I took your advice also. Just to found out they sent a document last 3/9 , wondering what it is. I’ve checking my applications on the case tracker app and uscis site but it says application received. This made my day! how more accurate is this uscis account than to case tracker site or app?

I have no idea, it seems like it might be showing some extra information but to be honest I wouldn't know how much more accurate it is. It seems like a newer platform with more functionality - since it lets you submit forms online and such.

Have you called uscis at all? I'm wondering if it would be worth a shot.

No I haven't!

Signed up for myuscis account today, but it says the same as my trackers. And the timeline here on VJ is at end of March/second week of April for both.
And since I saw plenty approvals after 105-110 days I'll give it two more weeks before I start inquiring.

Will you?

Yeah I think we are in a stadium now where it can't be soooooo much longer, if everything goes right.
Patience, patience. Until now my patience with USCIS has paid out. Let's hope this time as well!

We just got a notice for EAD saying "we are producing your card and will mail it to you", no change to advance parole status but assuming both will come together? Has anyone had this/how long did it take to receive the card?

Receipt notice was Dec 7th

For me it took about a week for it to say "card was mailed" and then 2 days after that for the card to come in the mail

Live, love, laugh.. and try not to think too much about USCIS

Did your case go from "we received your case..." to "card is being produced"?  Just wondering if there is a step between or if this is the message we should be looking out for!  :)

Congratulations!! My AP status was 'received' as well, but today, my ead status is changed from 'producing card' to' we approved your case', my ap status is changed from 'received' to 'we approved your case'. So, a day or after two, yours can be changed as well.

Yeah, case status sequence is like this: we received your case> we are producing your card> we approved your case> we mailed your card, and AP status can be changed to 'approved' or not, sometimes it doesn't change.

Thank you!  I would take just about any of those messages right now :)  Congrats!

I decided to call. Nothing was happening with my case apparently as per the uscis lady on the phone. So she put in a service request to the office in my jurisdiction and only because i was over the 90 days. She said it will take up to 15 days for them to respond. Hopefully that helps if not I wait anyways.

Cross my fingers
