Yes! I know she isn't on here often. Nor on this forum so I just wanted to give people some hindsight that there are some approvals but it looks like it really depends where you are living!

I'm starting to get sad this ead thing is taking so long!!! Bahhh!    I'll keep you posted when I hear anything !

Just got an email saying EAD is approved and card is being produced.  Yay!  Nothing about AP and no status update messages about AP yet but I suspect it'll come soon.

Seems Pittsburgh is really speedy! On the FB AOS group someone from Pittsburgh was pretty quick as well!
But record is New Hampshire so far!

I'll do the same! :) 
Lets hope we have some kind of status soon!

I got approved!!! Finally!!! Today, i talked to tier 2 officer again, and she told me that my ead is in production. I am so relieved. She said call us back on tuesday or wednesday, and we can give tracking number. 

By the way, both online case status page and myaccount.uscis page still shows received. But, this morning app showed me an alert that there is change in my case. It showed no change, but I got approved,yeeyy:)

Removal of Conditions

02/06/2021: Filed and package sent

02/10/2021: Received by USCIS

03/18/2021: NOA 1

07/01/2021: Biometrics waived

09/27/2011: Case approved, no interview (K1 visa)

Service Center: WAC

 I tried to expedite, but they told me that it is already with an officer, so there is no more it can be expedited. I don't think it is because it is successfully expedited. I was already in 102 days, so i think it was time.

I received the alert this morning around 6.30 am CA time. Then I talked to Tier 2. Case status still shows received. PD: December 4th.

Removal of Conditions

02/06/2021: Filed and package sent

02/10/2021: Received by USCIS

03/18/2021: NOA 1

07/01/2021: Biometrics waived

It happened to me too. I was so excited only to find out that there was really no change in status. I guess it also happened to a lot of filers. A number of people are talking about it in the Facebook group.

we are also at 102 day... Just saw also an alert in the application but the case status hasn't changed... but there is an alert...

speaking now with Tier 2 says it hasn't been assigned to an adjudicator. it may take up to a month for answer the status case

I am sorry for that. I hope you all hear smt soon. For my case, it is not expedited as congressman and tier 2 said, but I reached congressman, ombudsman, and they were aware there is a job pending, maybe that's why adjudicator looked at my case earlier, or they accepted second attempt of expedite request, just guessing...

hello guys today after 91 days I got in the mail my ead approval on the mail , I  submited a case inquiry after 75 days after I applied for i765 and now they approved my application I called uscis and they gave me tracking number my card is on the way 

 

pd 12/15/2017 nsc 

 

sorry my English is not perfect just wanted to let you guys know that after 75days you can submit a case inquiry if you are  category  c9
