Hi everyone!  My husband and I got married on December 1 and are going for his medical on Tuesday.  We hope to apply as soon as it's done.  Honestly, I can't believe we have to do it again since he just did it for his K1 barely a month ago!  Ok, couple questions....  Can you send one check for the entire amount?  What is the total if you are doing AOS, Green Card and Advanced Parole all at once?  Also, did you all do separate cover letters for each application and have them bundled together separately or did you do one cover letter for the entire package?

Hi spike198, why does he have to do the medical again? I believe since he came on the K1 he doesnt need that. Didnt they keep his medical package at POE? I believe they will forward that to uscis. What you could (and most people do) send with your aplication is the  D-3025, wich his doctor should have  given him a copy. I dont know. But I dont think you should need to redo the I-693.

You can send all fees in one check.

Good luck to you guys and congrats on getting married

Thanks!  I started digging around a bit and saw that it was only after 1 year that we needed to do it.  I saw a checklist on an AOS facebook page that listed it as an item that needed to be completed so that's why I was questioning it.  Thanks for the information.  Too bad they can't also use the affidavit of support we already completed :)  Anyway... I hope to submit everything on Monday.  After paying for a lawyer to assist with K1 (totally wasted money) we are "going it alone" on the AOS so I'm a bit nervous!
