That means they looked at your case. Try to send it immediately and they will approved you after they receive it. It's fast after the RFE. Takes like a week.

Yes, I went through it. I sent them the response and like 3 days later I got approved. I've seen other cases too. It depends on what they asked you. This RFE  is for EAD,  which means AOS still running. Was yours an EAD RFE?

No weirdly enough it was for AP and they said that the names didnt match other documents, REALLY!!!!! we looked back and everything we submitted was exactly the same, the only thing we could figure out was that they lost our marriage certificate. So we resent everything they asked for again the same day we received the notice. that was 2  weeks ago. Nothing on AOS or EAD!!!!!

Did you submit 3 marriage certificates?

One for each form?

I always tell people to do that incase their ap gets split from their ead ..

Good luck I hope you hear something soon.

I shall wait too... Patience is definitely not my forte! lol I really hope so get an approval soon since i'm on 130 days.... fingers crossed!

my thoughts for you is to raise SR, contact congressman or even ombudsman while you wait. My case was approved after 113 days. You got nothing to lose by doing all that is necessary to speed up the case, unless you are not in  a hurry to receive your EAD/AP card.

I have raised SR, got a response saying "your case is currently under review, etc.", that was 4/4. Expedited through a phone call and received "we received your request to expedite, your case is under review, etc." on 3/30. I also went to an infopass appointment on 3/30, they didn't have any information. I contacted congressman and she just emailed me on friday 4/13 saying that they contacted USCIS about my case. I am definitely in a hurry, but at this point, I think i've exhausted all resources, except for ombudsman, but i'm waiting to see if congressman can do their magic.

He can always apply but he needs to have the actual card in hand before working.

I dont think it will be long before he receives the card maybe a few days.

So my husband went and got his vaccinations and they gave him a sealed envelope with the copies outside of it and I was double checking everything before I mailed it out and noticed that the forms they gave him are the old version. On the USCIS website it says 'Starting Jan. 2, 2018, civil surgeons must use the 10/19/17 edition of Form I-693. USCIS will not accept the 02/07/17 version (or any previous editions) that a civil surgeon signed and dated on or after Jan. 2, 2018. You can find the edition date at the bottom of the page on the form and instructions.' So I went back today and they gave me attitude saying it was fine and pretty much go away. I do not want any delays- what should I do?
