Address history question, military

My sponsor is in the military and has been on a few deployments, what are we supposed to put in the address history? Does this need to be listed? 

 

It also has a section where it says this

"Provide all U.S. states and foreign countries in which you have resided since your 18th birthday"

Again, what about deployments?

I thought most people in the military have a permanent address of record which is often a parent/relative. I would use those addresses.

when deployed there is a base deployed from

all mail gets forwarded 

or financee can use home (parents address)

why doesnt the financee go to his CO to get help for this?

Why would you put deployments???? I never put any of my deployments on there at all. Just put his home of record and then the address that he uses while he is stateside. You are thinking way to far into this.

 You use a US address. Deployment to an FOB etc isn't a PCS, you would still have an address back home - the base if you were returning to live in the barracks or your home of record.

I would put all his US residence addresses and any overseas base he stayed at and had physical mailing address.. that’s what we did. Deployment is not residing.. You can consider putting ones that lasted  6+ months, up to you but it’s not necessary so why bother

Even on deployments, always put his home of address during that time.  If he had an apartment/house out in town, or if he's Navy, stationed on a ship, use the ship's address.  Don't complicate it with every single deployment.
