4.5 weeks in - Hoping to get CC in a couple weeks

OKAY so we have an update!

 

We got a checklist on 11/28 because we were missing a police report that wasn't actually missing at all. The NVC employee told us to call back in a week to check that the case had been put in line for a supervisor to review it again. We called back tonight and ANOTHER ISSUE. When the file was updated on 11/30 the date in the system was changed, so it looked like we sent in our original pack of documents on 11/30, starting the 11 week process again. The guy at NVC this time was so helpful, tried to find a supervisor but couldn't, and told us that he would make it a priority. His words were 'This is considered a case complete and as soon as the supervisor flags the case you will be in the queue for an interview, call back in another week to make sure that has all gone through' so I'm taking it!

Hopefully we can get through ONE part of this process with no delays, my husbands visa here expires in Feb so we are pushing it a little bit

Hi everybody, I was approved on November 30th, I'm waiting for my case to arrive at NVC to ask for my ID. Does anyone know how long the NVC process takes. I received my approval of the USCIS application failed to chart noa2 still good of nvc is this normal?

Called today case was completed. Not sure exactly when. Yesterday or today I guess..

My wife was an international student and was studying in Spain during the time I have submitted DS-260.So, They wanted a PCC from Spain

Congrats!! My scan date is a week after yours so hopefully hear soon.. and hopefully London are scheduling interviews quickly too

It mostly lasts 1 week to reach NVC maximum 2 ... USCIS will notify you by email when they have sent it! Then to find out if NVC received it you can call 603-334-0700 and they will contact you with a representative that will give you the information!

When in the current state it says "At NVC" or in the same way you can call, I think it's the best, call and confirm!!
