how long that is it take to unlock the fees in ceac.state.gov after case # is issued?

It took about a week to get the AOS fee then a few days after that the IV fee opened up.

Do we have to send original civil docs to NVC or just copies and translations?

I was told we keep the originals for the interview. is this true?

On 11/29 I paid the (AOS) rate and it's already shown 'PAID'. So now in my current state NVC says that I have to pay the other fee (IV), but when I enter to pay I don't have the option to select the amount, what is this about?

Thanks in advance!:)

Those of you who found out about your interview over the phone, how long was it before you received an email with the date? I know I'm in for a wait with everything from Havana being moved to Bogotá, so I'm debating how often I should call the NVC to bug them :)
