My wife has an interview date scheduled for January 9, 2018 in Port-au-Prince, Haiti.

I was checking the Department of State website concerning preparing for the interview and it mentioned something about registering for a courier services inorder to have the passport and visa returned to the applicant after the interview.

I tried to follow some of the links but ended up not getting anything.

Is there a particular way to register for a courier service or will that information be given at the interview?

Thanks.

Can someone explain what does mean please I already paid the fee and send everything . Does it says that I'll get a checklist I'm confused?

That generally means case complete and then NVC will assign an interview date once the embassy has openings.

Nowadays most W-2s are retrieved online. Your company might have an online portal and you can print it from there. Or you could directly ask the HR Dept to email it to you and then you can print it out.
