Hi All,

Quick questions...is there an updated I 864 Affidavit of Support form anywhere online? The only one I see on USCIS’s website has an expiration date of 7/31/2017. I don’t want to send the wrong form and delay my case by weeks because of it.

Thanks for any guidance you can provide!

They haven't released any updated one. I used the same one this month and it was accepted.

Goodluck :)

Hello,

For those still waiting. We got a cc.. more like just straight to interview email for US embassy Manila.

17 Nov I sent our NVC packet (IV/AOS)

26 Dec I noticed ceac changed to "At NVC" (no idea since when) and the AOS-paid on the login page is not there anymore. Just the IV/DS261.

28 Dec I got an email from AskNVC for an interview appointment at NVC Manila on 13FEB2018.

No cc notice.  No mail in my wife's or my mailbox. ceac status still haven't changed from At NVC until now.

Didn't say anything about requesting missed documents either. Just says what to bring on the day of interview.

Happy Holidays and Hang in there everyone. Here I thought NVC was going to slow down due to holidays. I guess not.

Congrats!

Hi. I called NVC and they said my case is yet to review. It’s been 4 weeks already.I’m so worried. People are getting cc’s in 5 weeks. 😳😳

If that is a checklist, it generally means a new scan date and starting all over again. I had a checklist and my 2nd scan date is November 28, I am still waiting...You may however be one of the few cases that get completed in a matter of days. Everything in possible with them

It depends on the instructions in the letter. The instructions are specific, not every checklist means clock resets/another SD.

It says that is a Checklist for Household Member.., hopefully they don’t give a different scan date.

What documents were you missing?

Did the letter specify for you to send the missing or corrected item to the NVC?

Hi. Oh that made me also worry. But I think the review doesn't take a lot of time. I afraid that we will get CCs in mid January :(

I'm still going to call them today to get update on my case status. Fingers crossed  🤞

Update:

I called a week ago to ask when my interview would be scheduled and they told me it should be by the end of this month (December 2017).

So, I gave them a call the day before yesterday and they confirmed that my wife's interview is on February 1st! Still no confirmation email of that. But I've noticed that the NVC has the habit of sending confirmation emails a week later.

i-130 received by USCIS on 1/06/2017

NOA1 1/10/2017

NVC received my case 10/11/2017

NVC received my AOS (Scan date) 11/9/2017

Case Complete on 12/13/2017

Interview is on 2/1/2018

Just called and found out we have a checklist for the Police clearance we sent :(

Scan date- 17th November

1st checklist- 29th December

The good news is NVC is moving at a steady pace. We had something in exactly 6 weeks!

Does anyone know what happens if you send mail over the weekend? Do they sign for it or... ?

Hi. Sorry to hear that. But did you not send the police certificate from the RPO? What went wrong?
