My status changed yesterday to “at NVC” then we called around noon today to confirm cc.

me.. docs were sent on oct 10. but only got sd on 24th of nov. called 4pm today. still for review.

my ceac status has been at NVC since sept when i was given the nvc number.

hey bud ... you didnt get scan date untill 3-4 weeks after sending documents and status been at NVC ?

 

are you sure your case isnt approved ?

 

what country is the beneficiary from ? can you fill your timeline

yes. docs delivered by nvc on oct 12. But NVC denied receiving. put case on supervisor review on oct 24. Nov 24 they gave scan date.

 

I called today they said still under review and wait 11 wks starting from scan date.

 

Beneneficiary is from Philippines.

That’s odd, really cause normally it only takes days for NVC to give a scan date. Mine was delivered 11/20, sd after 3days. And ceac visa status would normally show  “Action Required...” before it changes to “At NVC”

just FYI ... most of the people here are IR1/CR1 filers

 

so your case might a bit different than most people here ..
