Call NVC to get your SD, once they have received your documents. Then you just wait and pray that you get your CC soon (and no checklist)

You’ll have to pay the IV fee and fill out the DS-260. Even if you send in your documents earlier than that they won’t review it till the DS-260 is filled out and submitted.

Yes It's not fixed, it ranges from 5 - 9 weeks. If you are lucky you get 5-6 weeks but it's 8-9 weeks average without checklist.

Same here. AOS went from PAID to INPROCESS and back to PAID yesterday then today it's IV FEE back to INPROCESS. Don't panic, it's nothing to worry about.

I paid the IV fees and filled out the DS-260 as well. Gathered all documents and will send on tuesday. What would be my attention to. (CMS, AOS or Document review) ?

Below is what I used and it was received and scanned two days after sending.

Thanks,  Just to make sure i get it right. I am going to send one package of original signed I-864 with documents to AOS attention and one package with copy of AOS and supporting/civil documents to DR attention. Right ?

The document sheet for AOS is the same as the one for IV FEE. You can use one or use both, it doesn't matter. What matters is you making sure you have all the required documents sent.

I submitted everything in ONE package to NVC following the required documents on the document sheet. NVC specify to send them all in one package.

Perfect. I will send everything in one package than as well. Original I-864 along with Financial evidence and all civil documents. Thanks for the help!

one from AOS payment portal and one from IV payment portal . If you forget one, you will not be penalized for that  as long as you have included one of them. i did following (i like to do things bit formal way)

 

Checklist cover sheet from welcome letter

cover sheet from AOS payment portal and all financial documents

Cover sheet and all supporting documents

and put them in one envelop and mail to NVC (wrote case number on all documents)
