Are you using the right link to check status? it should be on submit documents until CC and change to AT NVC. Below is the check status link.

Hi:)

I am using this link, but the status never changed.. it only says " At NVC" and its been like this since the first time I checked my case on this link.. could that be a bad sign?

Not a bad sign, don't panic. Do you already have a SD and what date is it? If so then you good, just keep waiting till you get your CC.

Yes I already submitted my package and I called  the nvc to confirm and they said they have it:) my scan date is November 30.

is it says "At NVC" on ceac website ?? Normally that means case is completed. I would suggest you to double check with NVC by calling them

Yes it does, but it's been like this since I had my case number. I will call the NVC and double check with them☺️

Nov. 30th, that's almost 4 weeks, your case might be under review. Call NVC to confirm and also check if CEAC login (https://ceac.state.gov/IV/Login.aspx) to see if your AOS fee has disappeared. 

 

A case at NVC and AOS fee disappearing is a sign of CC. Good luck

Hi! We're new here. Our NOA2 was on Dec 13. We're calling NVC on Dec 26 to check if they already received our case from Potomac. What should we ask and what's the next step? 😬
