2 out of my 3 cases are CC the 3rd one which is my wife has a check list

 

Check list asks for a divorce certificate, but I am the only person who has married her so they told me on the phone to send a letter stating that she has only been married once and that it was with me.  

 

Second Item on the check list is the birth certificate which I sent along with the translation to english, same one that I sent with the I130. I gues they lost it???

 

Now, regarding that letter, I hope that its enough and dont give me a second check list, this wait is killing me.  Looks like I finally found a way to lose weight....

You just take a paper and write the statement she is only married to you or did you provide any other documents to prove it she was single before married to you

My husband did call USCIS. They said give it atleast 30 days time and then call NVC, not us !!

You can send scanned copy of your approval notice to nvcresearch@state.gov 

Don’t forget to mention beneficiary’s name and DOB and petitioner’s name.

How long have you been waiting? (I just read that you have the same scan date as the person you replied to. I haven't had my coffee yet.

awhile ago i was checking the ceac.state.gov website . ..

and the AOS fee was gone .. like missing . .. 

but i have already paid it . . .

 

usually it says paid .. 

 

for ex

 

choice of address and agent (ds-261)          AOS fee    

no agent or attorney selected                              paid               completed

 

Applicant information                                            

                                                                               principal applicant               IV fee             IV application    

                                                                                                                                    paid             completed                         

 

anyone have idea???what happen . .have you guys experience this also??

Today i called NVC and they received our case from Potomac USCIS on 12/13

Hey guys, do you know how long it is taking to get an interview slot from the time of appointment letter? and from case close to get interview letter at Mumbai consulate?

Yesterday I had the interview apruved! Just a few questions five minutes. More time in the wait for be interview arrived at 8:20 interview appointment at 10:00  but was at 11:40 .
