NVC Filers - December 2017

AOS and IV package were delivered to NVC on 12th Dec 2017.

Well today is the end of my 8th week waiting for a CC...

approved: November 28,2017 ( CSC)
NVC said, we don't have your case yet.
USCIS said, it can take up to 6 weeks, one RP even told me take up to 90 days.

 

Anyone on the same boat?

Long time reader, first time poster.

Signed up just to tell you guys that my child and I just got CC earlier! The NVC seems to be working extra fast now! Maybe cause of the upcoming holidays? Called them when I saw that the AOS portion in my CEAC log in disappeared.

¡Firmado solo para decirles chicos que mi hijo y yo acabamos de obtener CC antes! ¡El NVC parece funcionar ahora más rápido! Tal vez causa de las próximas vacaciones? Los llamé cuando vi que la porción de AOS en mi registro de CEAC desapareció.

have you tried calling NVC... what do they tell you ?

we just got our case number and invoice number when we try to select an agent we don’t find that option is that normal

You have to wait for few days until it opens up .. it wont happen immediately

I chose my agent (me) when I called NVC. I had the same problem and I called NVC, spoke to a very nice gentleman who asked me if I wanted to choose an agent. I said yup, and chose myself as the agent.

So yeah, my scan date at the NVC was November 9th. I checked the other day and according to another thread posted by OP it looks like my wife has a CC, hopefully (fingers and toes crossed). The AOS line disappeared on the DS 260 log in page and when I use "Check Status" on CEAC it changed to "At NVC", just a couple of days ago. Don't remember what day exactly. I hope that I will receive a notification soon. I originally sent my wife's I-130 to USCIS in January of this year.
