You have to remember that some cases are expedited. Stay patient God's timing is perfect. You will hear something soon

I try to be patient but this is honestly so unfair. I have asked and only one of the cases that are currently schedule for January are expedited. I asked NVC agent why I did not receive an interview yet and their answers always change when I bring up the fact that others already have their interviews scheduled.

NVC is driving me crazy with the unorganized process for interviews.....

I am the only person left on this thread and on a thread on FB with 9/20 case completed date. Almost 3 months now.

The same i am thinking. In fact I knew of a case that closed in November and it was already in the interview, today my husband called the lawyer and told him that he  goes to speak with a supervisor of the NVC. I do not even want to call because listening: No, not yet, it makes me sadder.

I have tried so hard to avoid calling NVC this week. It is just so saddening and depressing to find out that other people that have waited less are having their interviews schedule.

Hi guys I called nvc to ask if my husband interview has been scheduled and she said it hasn’t I also asked the rep if they are still scheduling for cdj and she said they schedule all throughout the month. Is this true I thought they only schedule for the last week and first week of the month.

Wow that's a long time! But has your husband been with you the whole time you've been processing or? Because in my case, this month my husband and I have been apart for 1 year and a half now it's so difficult.

But yes we are now near the end and let's pray for an awesome Christmas gift of an appointment! Positive vibes 😊😊❤

yes he has, our case is different than the regular.  he EWI and met here in the states, so we filed our petition but are using a i-601a waiver so hes been here with me all along and it is a long time because we kind of put off NVC process for about half a year due to my pregnancy. Never the less it is stressful to us because it is slowing me down from enrolling in school next year and he has job offerings but require his status to be legal.

I am very frustrated to. They have in fact even called some of the people who had their CC in October and November now. I have called like 20 times already to ask how NVC schedules the appointments and they always say that it goes in order by CC date. When I complained to them about others getting their interviews first then me they changed what they had said and told me that every case is different.  I FOUND OUT THAt A COUPLE OF THE PEOPLE WITH INTERVIEWS HAVE THE SAME EXACT CASE. It honestly sounds like they have no type of order at NVC. They have a box where they pull out ramdom names to schedule interviews. I have no type of other explanation.

This is honestly so disappointing!

CC:9/20 NO INTERVIEW YET

How do you know that people from October and November have gotten an interview date already scheduled??

Ugh this is Soo frustrating honestly and sad 😢 when you think your almost at the end and can finally reunite with your loved one but nothing moves forward. I am hopeful that maybe we will get something soon for late January... But just seeing that your CC is Sept 20th and you haven't gotten anything I doubt it... I can't believe they are so unorganized and are skipping us or something..

Still waiting for an interview date... CC Sept.25 Guatemala

How long did you guys have to wait? I'm praying that it doesn't.

We waited exactly 2 months from CC till interview scheduled, and even after that it took 4 days to get interview letter (technically 2 business day) we were scheduled on a Friday and received e-mailed interview letter Tuesday morning.

I received both, first e-mailed interview letter (4 days after it was scheduled) and actual letter by mail (a week after it was scheduled)
