India. I have a question though. I looking at the tracking info of some files to India and looks like all files that are sent to India go to New Delhi. It is true?

No, Northern states goes to New Delhi and Southern states goes to Mumbai

The U.S. Embassy in New Delhi and the U.S. Consulate General in Mumbai both process immigrant visa applications.

I received my interview notification letter today at 4:11AM by email for CDJ. For those who are still waiting it took like 4 days!

Got mine too ! at 1:57 a.m. this morning...However it's dated Dec. 4th, so it looks like they scheduled us on Friday but waited until the next business day to issue the letter...and then another day to send it... They are so delightful !<_< lol
