Actually, I'd disagree with this. The IO only adjudicates one I-129F no matter how many visas are issued (or none at all). Furthermore, the I-129F doesn't list how many people are applying for a visa...just how many children an individual has.

I got the information here from the Q&A with a former adjudicator. That is what he said. He said they like those and seek them out. 

PHILIPPINES ONLY!!!  CFO (Commission on Filipinos Overseas) INFO - Can't leave home without it!

 

PDOS (Pre-Departure Registration and Orientation Seminar) is for ages 20-59.  Peer Counseling is for 13-19 years of age.

It is required to have the visa in their passport for PDOS and Peer Counseling.

 

GCP (Guidance and Counseling Program) is for K-1 Fiancee and IR/CR-1 spouse ONLY.
