Hi, I would like to know if there's a need to submit G325a in filing I129f? This really confuses me.

No... as per the latest version of I-129F there is no need to send in G325a as the information that's required on G325a has been included into I-129F form

Actually it is not needed as per latest version of I-129F. However, I did visa journey members - May filers got RFE because of this. I did submitted it together with my petition before just to be safe

Yes, there were 2-3 May filers who had a RFE. I sent in my application with the new I-129f form and G325a just be sure too.

That's because the USCIS  officers handling those cases were not aware of the new rule ! You always have that one person who don't pay attention during training sessions within the company !!!!..may be they were busy playing games on their phones hehehe
