Hello

We went to our interview in July 2017 and found inadmissible 10 year ban. The officer told us to file a I 601 Waiver of Inadmissibility, which we have and is currently in the Nebraska Office which they received November 2017.  It is passed our six months since interview.  Where can I find out information for approval times?

Thanks

we submitted our waiver November 2016 and was just approved Jan 12th 2018. 14 months.

Ok thanks, guess they are getting closer to December 2016.

Mine is December 29, 2016, keeping my finger crossed. This government shutdown is another issue that will prolong the process as they may not be working until the shutdown is over.

Hopefully that is not the case.

Are you talking about the waiver that you filed from your home country or the one that you filed from the U.S.?
