I had applied for US L1 visa category in year 2010 from my previous organization. Visa was not granted by US Consulate, Mumbai with remark "your application has been pending under section 221(g)"

Now my existing employee would like me to apply Business visa.  I need to fill out below details for my business visa application form.

  •  Has your U.S. Visa ever been cancelled or revoked?
  • IF YES DATE OF LAST VISA WAS ISSUED
  • Have you ever been refused a U.S. Visa, been refused admission to the United States, or withdrawn your application for admission at the point of entry?

Do i need to consider above L1 visa & petition cancelled or revoked and need to mention here?
