Hello everyone,

I've skimmed around the forum and found some related subjects yet still have 1 question, (I just didn't want to hi-jack any other topic)

Situation:

My future mother in law is our co-sponsor just in case.

She has 1 child with her husband and they are filing their taxes jointly (I believe this is the right term). She is still working so I will also have pay-stubs and employment letters etc.

Question:

•however for the taxes, how should we state?

•Do we need anything other than the regular tax returns? (In addition to employment letter, pay stubs of past 3-6 months,W2(even tho I have no idea yet to what this is),and bank statements)

*I've read this comment by @TheSkywalkers

"For K1 with co-sponsor, both the sponsor and co-sponsor fills out Form I-134.

For Adjustment of Status with co-sponsor, both sponsor and co-sponsor fills out Form I-864 BUT if the co-sponsor is married, his/her spouse has to complete Form I-864A which serves as an agreement between the co-sponsor and his/her spouse that the spouse is letting the co-sponsor be responsible for the intending immigrant using their income. :)"

•Is there any other form similar to I-864A for /in relation  to I-134.

Thank you in advance.
