Keep emailing the consulate (IVCasablanca@state.gov) asking for an interview. They are known to take awhile to respond, and they take even longer if you don't contact them first.

They sent me a generic reply..but no interview schedule. Should I still email them?  What about calling them?

Yes that's just the standard auto reply that goes out. Keep emailing every other day until you get an actual response. Be sure to include the names of the petitioner and beneficiary, and your NVC case number. It took them a few days to respond to us, and I know others who have waited a week or so before hearing back. There is a number to call, but its only active between 2-4pm Moroccan time on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I've known people who called and that got them no where since the line doesn't seem to go directly to the consulate.

case number and both names and both DOB's

and they will respond as soon as they have the packet

you may have gotten the NOA2 in September but had to wait for the 4th quarter for an available visa number

or the interview schedule is full at Casa,  / the embassy informs NVC when to forward the case according to embassy schedule

don't forget we are in middle of all these holidays and that always stalls processing

incha allah

incha yekbel
