Wow.. When did you submit all documents to NVC? I would like to know how long they give CC after submitting all docs. Does the CC email/mail includes the Interview date or it is a separate email/mail?

Sorry for having so much questions. Just really anxious that it is waiting time again. Thank you!

We submitted our docs on 19th of July then filled up DS-260 2nd of August or 1st? I confirmed our CC over the phone and I never received an email about our CC. But you'll receive a separate email for CC and interview letter. Don't be anxious. I think it usually takes 60 days to get an interview. Just hold on a little longer.

I haven't. We sent all docs last week, Aug. 6, they received the docs on Aug. 10. I am a non-pivot case btw.

Consulate is US Embassy in Manila.

My docs were mailed about a week before completing DS260 (July 31) and we got CC over the phone a week after on Aug 7 and again a week after Interview date.

I wish you the best and keep strong with patience. I was so surprised how the whole process from sending docs to getting interview date was so fast. We’re almost there, do not get desperate. i recommend you to call them tomorrow

I just called in awhile ago and said I would have to wait for 3 weeks to receive a CC email and a couple more weeks for the interview letter. A little more weeks. Hoping we get good news by next week.

Thank you!

Thank you for the words of encouragement.. I have called them awhile ago and we are really praying and hoping we get good news soon. I will try to call them again in a week if no email was sent. Some didn't receive CC email, only via phone call. Thanks again!

Hi if you only have one sponsor you use I864EZ. My son had to get a co-sponsor, we used two I864. Hope this helps.

Thanks a lot.

I m the only sponsor, but we file our taxes jointly. so my w 2 info is different than tax returns

The EZ form is only for very specific circumstances. It might be right for you, but many people with only one sponsor cannot use the EZ form. On this page, under "Complete an Affidavit of Support Form," there are directions on exactly which form you should fill out. https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/the-immigrant-visa-process/collect-and-submit-forms-and-documents-to-the-nvc/step-4-collect-financial-documents.html Good luck!

Also, if you have more questions about the NVC process and the affidavit of support, the best place to ask is the NVC filers August 2018 thread. There are a lot more people looking at that and you will probably get faster responses and more information that way. Good luck!
