As I was calling NVC. I got an email notification. I got my case number today!!!!!

 

NOA 1: 10/24/18

NOA 2: 04/25/18

NVC received: 5/10/18

Invoice # received: 6/8/18

Case # received: 6/12/18

Same here and there are no updates on non pivot cases whatsoever. What is ur received date?

Im waiting on you please keep us updated. Call them aftr 40 days .. thats the maximum time it takes fo the case to be in the system

I have a question about my RFE? They asking for something i sent with the i130, ok no problem i can send that again. And they also asking for bona fid marriage evidence, bank acct, which i also sent..n other joint lease, etc, etc.. 

But they also asking for the exact same thing for my 8yr old stepdaughter..how do i send evidence of bona fid marriage. Do i just send exact same thing im re sending for my spouse, i applied separated for them n receiced rfe same day for both 2 separate letters?

My case is non pivot as well received at nvc on April 25,2018 called today and was told i should have a number by next week (June 18) so u Should be soon 😊

We have the same received date. Also a non-pivot. My husband called them and they said we will have our case number before July 2nd. Hope it is true.
