I-130 For OCT 2017 filers

My mom's i130  was approved but after the interview we got a letter saying we need to submit i601 for inadmissibility for her overstay we have submitted on March 2018 I checked online and the wait is almost a year long ,would she be able to renew her employment authorization document it does expire in a few months

You mean still no news since last year? We have a friend who filed for his mother this March 2018. He received the NOA2 and packet from NVC this May. We were in shock cos it was really fast and they said if you'de petitioning the parents it's really fast

I called they said is about 7 to 9 months. No more reson given to me

We checked online (new website) and found out we were approved on June 4th for our NOA2!! Our PD was October 18th.

NOA2: June 4th

 

Hopefully this gives anyone else waiting a good estimate! It took us 229 days.

Our case was approved on april 10th. Received on may 8th by nvc. Hope to get a case number soon.
