My sister's petition has the same PD as you are and is in TSC too. Until now, no update yet. 

I and my sister took a different type of petition. I had K1 visa, got married here while she got married in the Philippines and is now waiting for the I-130 petition.

 

Hope the October filers, especially from TSC, will get approval soon.

today my wife recived a mail and it says that i130 is approved

on 19 January 2018

approved on 25 April 2018

Congratulations  that was luckily very fast. 

NVC should contact your spouse soon. Interview should be within just 2 or 3 months, but given your good luck ; 

You ll probably get a much sooner date. Good luck!

Yes, PD October 10. I know your PD is a bit earlier but I can see on Igor's list that a lot of people in mid-October haven't been approved yet. Good luck to us!
