Woke up to an email saying an action was taken on my case and we are APPROVED!!!! finally!!! Going to update my timeline now. 😊😊

Potomac PD Oct 24

NOA2 April 25

Congratulations! I am happy for you as the wait is not fun at all.

I am just so puzzled to why Tier 2 insist that I must wait at least 3 more months because they are only doing June now.

I am October 3rd in Potomac. I have no choice but to wait and hope something comes before then.

Have a pleasant weekend and may you have a speedy NVC to Interview route :)

Congratulations! I am happy for all who were approved, because I know the wait is not fun at all.

I am just so puzzled to why 3 Tier 2's insist (I called 3 times) that I must wait at least 3 more months because they are only doing June now.

I am October 3rd in Potomac. I have no choice but to wait and hope something comes before then.

Have a pleasant weekend and may you all have a speedy "NVC to Interview" route :)

Any words of support, suggestions or anything that ll help? Thanks in advance and TGIF :)

Tier 2 representatives are like the senior supervisors who have access to your case and can look upon in detail as to whats going on with it. So when you call uscis ask them to transfer your call to tier2 as u want to find more information about your case and then ask them in detail ..

Who are the tier 2's? I called 800-375-5283 which put me thru to an automated system where I set up for a call back. Three times I received a call back and each one of those officers/operators told me Absolutely nothing,

but to wait another 3 months. I am Oct 3rd, Potomac.

Seeing people after your PD approved is so nerve wracking. I thought it was first come, first serve? I know some cases are less complicated than others, but I have a very simple case too so I don't know.

I could not agree more. I feel singled out. The Tier 2 s will never ever explain why everyone after me was appsoved and even Novembers now.

I read somewhere on here that the cases go in order and are not random....wondering what case numbers they are workingbon right now??

June according to Tier 2 and I could Not argue with the officer.

Thank you! Yes that is not uncommon. When I talked to a tier 2 about 3 weeks ago they told me it can take 9-11 months to hear anything. I think they are just telling people that it's taking longer so they don't keep calling. Hold on tight. I'm hopeful you'll hear something soon! 🤞🏾🤞🏾

My NOA2 notice date is april 10th but website says 11th april. I know NVC takes between 4-6 weeks to receive the case. But I wanted to call them anyways. So I called them today and she asked me for the notice date for NOA2. I told her april 10th.  She didn't even bother to check anything else in their system. She just told me to wait 6 weeks and have a good day😂

Anyone else tried calling NVC?
