Nebraska is known for its lateness. I am Potomac bruh; They ve approved people in 4 months... I am devastated. I am going away for two months and I am annoyed the approval will come when I m gone. Will I be able to do anything from overseas? for NVC that is...

yes im aware of Nebraska being slow and Potomac being fast however not for everyone, gotta keep waiting and well it isn't that convenient to be away if u get approved, unless u had a lawyer, can help u out so much. Whatever it is good luck and be positive

Logged into the new USCIS site this morning, and Bam!  We were approved yesterday 4/23!!  I didn't get any sort of email or text notification, and USCIS app still shows in "received" status....So like other people have said, make sure you all are checking the new website!
