Thank u 😊 Do u know about how long the waivers r taking to process and where they r usually processed at? My other stuff was at Potomac Service Center will it just stay there?

Around 4-6 months. I think Nebraska Service Center will process waiver application. Ive seen almost every i601a case get sent there. Which state do you reside in ?

I’m in Ohio our i130 was sent to Potomac Service Center . So here’s another question lol on the USCIS website wait time says 3-6 months and has inquiry date as November 15,2017. My pd date is October 5, 2017. So would it be processed soon?

My sister's petition has the same PD as you are and is in TSC too. Until now, no update yet.

I and my sister took a different type of petition. I had K1 visa, got married here while she got married in the Philippines and is now waiting for the I-130 petition.

Hope the October filers, especially from TSC, will get approval soon.

Just to give you an update, my sister's petition got approved yesterday. Their notice date is Oct 20 under TSC.

Hope you guys got the approval too.

Called NVC this morning. Pressed option 2 and the lady told me my case was an online case; she asked me to dial the same number and press 5, so I did. They received my case on May 2nd. No case number yet. She said it could take up to 8 weeks.

I don't know, if having a Pivot (online) case is a good thing or a bad thing.

Same! Mine was received on May 10th though. From what I've seen on the other threads pivot cases have been taking longer to get case numbers but as we all know that could change so I'm keeping hope alive.
